Cooking instructions

Grill

Thawed: Wrap skewer sticks in foil. Cook on medium heat, turning occasionally until cooked through, about 7-9 minutes. Dust with spice blend throughout the cooking process.

From Frozen: Wrap skewer sticks in foil. Cook on medium heat, turning occasionally until skewers can be separated. Separate and continue grilling until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes total. Dust with spice blend throughout the cooking process.

Times given are approximate. Skewers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F for chicken and 145°F for beef & lamb. (as measured by a food thermometer)

Air Fryer

Thawed: Preheat air fryer at 400°F. Cook 6-8 minutes at 400°F, flipping once and dusting with spice blend halfway through.

From Frozen: Preheat air fryer at 400°F. Cook for 8 minutes or until skewers can be separated. Dust on all sides with spice blend and separate skewers to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, 11-12 minutes total.

Times given are approximate. Skewers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F for chicken and 145°F for beef & lamb. (as measured by a food thermometer)

Stovetop

Thawed: Due to the irregular surface of the skewers, we cannot provide cooking times for a stovetop grill pan. If using a stovetop grill pan, use a weighted grill press to ensure proper contact all throughout, and cook beef and lamb to 145°F, and chicken to 165°F.

From Frozen: We do not recommend cooking frozen skewers on a stovetop grill pan. Please defrost for the best experience on the stovetop!

Times given are approximate. Skewers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F for chicken and 145°F for beef & lamb. (as measured by a food thermometer)
